01. Private Capital Solutions
Our Private Capital Solutions business serves both companies that want to raise impact and sustainable capital for qualifying projects and investments, as well as global investors that are allocating assets to sustainable mandates.
We structure and arrange equity, debt and a wide range of green, impact and sustainable finance solutions for corporate and SME clients and sponsors across Asia.
We also receive deal sourcing mandates from global investors looking to access private investment opportunities across Asia that are aligned with their sustainability objectives.
Our focus is on private market transactions that are closely aligned with clearly identifiable and measurable sustainable development goals, preferably in the context of a suitable sustainable finance framework. We provide funding solutions across the entire capital structure using sustainable finance aligned corporate finance instruments.
02. Sponsored Solutions
Our Sponsored Solutions business was founded in the realisation that sustainable finance is not channeled to projects at the speed required to meet the SDGs. The IMF, for example, estimates that there is potentially USD5tr of capital available globally for private market impact investments, including private debt, private equity and venture capital. Yet in certain parts of the world, especially Asia, there remains a dearth of suitable investments to activate this pool of capital.
Hence PRIVIUM Impact selectively acts as arranger and sponsor of impact, green and sustainable funding solutions, in order to catalyse impact and accelerate the transition to a more sustainable future. In mid 2021 we launched a USD150m social bond program, the first of its kind, aimed at supporting the post COVID-19 recovery of MSMEs in Southeast Asia. Other products are currently in development.
03. Advisory Services
Our Advisory Services business is aimed at helping corporates and SMEs across Asia to get started on their sustainable finance journey by providing impact assessment, measurement and management solutions.Â
